  • Click on the Login Button.
  • Enter your registered email address/Username and password.

How do I create an account?

  • Visit the Alumni Directory page.
  • Click on the Login Button.
  • Select “Create an account.”
  • Enter your last name and email address associated with Donor Perfect.
  • Fill out all required form fields.
  • Click on the Save Button to submit your information.
  • Check your registered email address for a verification email.
  • Click on the link provided in the email to activate your account.

Can I change my email address?

Yes, you can change your email address. Follow these steps:
  • Visit the Update My Information form on the Alumni Directory page.
  • Update your information, including your new email address.
  • Click on the “Save” button located at the bottom of the page.
  • After saving, ensure to click on the “Return to Alumni Directory” link present on the popup to confirm the changes successfully.
Your email address will be updated in our records. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to reach out to our support team for assistance.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

  • Visit the Alumni Directory page.
  • Click on the Forgot Password link.
  • Enter your registered email address.
  • You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password.

Which email did I use to create an account?

If you wish to upload your profile picture using the “Update My Information” form, follow the steps below:
  • Choose a picture by clicking the “Choose File” button.
  • Click on the “Update Avatar” Button to upload your selected picture.
  • Click on the “Save” Button located at the bottom of your screen to confirm the changes.
  • After saving, ensure to click on the “Return to Alumni Directory” link present on the popup to confirm the changes successfully.
Note: The recommended image resolution is 310 x 260 pixels for optimal display quality. Please make sure your image meets this resolution requirement for the best results. If you encounter any issues or have further questions, feel free to contact our support team for assistance.

Can I use this directory for my own marketing needs?

No.Information provided on the Alumni Directory is to be used for Center for Houston’s Future Alumni networking only. Any use of this information for marketing purposes is strictly prohibited.
